Q: What is the difference between the 'Cocktail Course' and the 'Mixology Course'?

A: Our Mixology Course curriculum is much more in depth (wine, beer, pos, customer service, speed & efficiency, etc). The 'Mixology Course' is our certification course. To pass this course students must prepare 20 drinks in under 6 minutes and pass a written test on wines, spirits, beer, recipes, etc. There is no test on our 'Cocktail Course' and no additional member services thereafter. However, this fast-paced curriculum is equivalent to that of most bartending school courses in regards to what you will learn. Ideal for anyone that has some experience in the hospitality business (cocktail server, waiter, barback, manager, new trainee bartenders, plus anyone wanting to work parties & events (catering companies often put their staff through this course, as event/catering bartenders generally do not need the additional knowledge that is required to work in an upscale lounge or restaurant).
